Focus stacking (also known as focal plane merging and z-stacking or focusblending), is a digital image processing technique which combines multipleimages taken at different focus distances to give a resulting image with agreater depth of field (DOF) than any of the individual source images.

Real time and automatic image combine. Moving the specimen smoothly, the software will stitch the image to one photo, no need extra operation. It is much better than normal image combine camera which need to do the combining manually.
